Meet the Team

I became part of the team in 1990 and have loved every day at work. We have the best group of patients, and I appreciate that I’m now seeing the children of some of my first patients! Helping people I consider friends get the smile they’ve always wanted is extremely rewarding. I provide chairside assistance to Dr. Friel as he cares for patients. I also work in our onsite lab, to fabricate custom orthodontic appliances.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family. I like Philadelphia sports, gardening, and walking.

I began my career assisting in general dentistry in 1985 and transitioned into orthodontics in 2000. With Dr. Friel and our wonderful team since 2014, I have enjoyed meeting our patients and families, and being a part of a positive, confidence-building experience. I work with new patients during their initial visit, taking photos, X-rays, and impressions so Dr. Friel can create their treatment plan. I love to see the final result: new, beautiful smiles!

I am married with three wonderful children and two beautiful granddaughters. I enjoy baking, movies, and watching football, but my favorite time is spent with my family.

I joined the Friel Ortho team in 2002 and love working with a great group of people. We’re all committed to delivering a wonderful orthodontic experience and amazing results. It’s a pleasure to get to know each patient personally, and to celebrate with them when they see their final results. I assist Dr. Friel with bonding and banding procedures and wire changes. I also manage our inventory.

Outside work, I focus on family time with my husband, two great children, and new granddaughter. I also enjoy yoga and Pilates.

I have spent my entire orthodontic career at this office, since 1986. As our treatment coordinator, I meet most of our new patients when they first come to our office. It’s really rewarding to see our patients grow into their new, straight smiles. I feel very fortunate to work with Dr. Friel; in addition to being a great orthodontist, he also makes everyone feel comfortable while they’re here.

I have an amazing child and in my free time I enjoy gardening, reading, and hanging out with my family and friends.
